Admittedly Legal’s mission is simple: to get students admitted (1) to leading law schools around the world, and (2) as lawyers by securing the best training contracts in Hong Kong and/or London. Whether you are in high school considering making applications to law schools, or a law student wanting to know how to secure the best jobs in the Hong Kong and London legal market, we are here to help.
Our team
Our founders were educated at top local secondary schools in Hong Kong before relocating to the UK for further education. Thereafter, they completed their legal studies at top universities in the UK and Hong Kong and trained at top international law firms before qualifying into tier 1 practices. Our team now consists of lawyers qualified to practise law in three jurisdictions with substantial experience at top US and UK international law firms.
Genesis of Admittedly Legal
Reflecting on our long and winded paths in becoming lawyers, we remember how helpless we felt at each stage of our journey and how difficult it has been to get to where we are today. From applying to law schools to finding training contracts in an extremely saturated graduate market, we know first-hand how competitive the entire process is and how stressful it can be for aspiring lawyers - the odds seemed to be so unfavourable! With years of experience in practice under the belt and the benefit of hindsight, we now understand what law schools and international law firms look for in a candidate, and most importantly how to make the entire process of becoming a lawyer as stress-free as possible. With that in mind, we created our own special programme for aspiring lawyers with the hope that young students would reap the benefits of our unique insights and experience.
